Common Questions

Hypnosis is a completely natural state of focused attention, similar to daydreaming or being deeply absorbed in a good book or film. In this state, your mind is more open to positive suggestions, which can help you make beneficial changes to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours

For most people, hypnosis is an experience of profound physical and mental relaxation. You may feel calm, peaceful, and deeply relaxed, but you will typically remain aware of your surroundings. Many of my YouTube videos, such as one titled "What is Hypnosis," explain this feeling in more detail.
-
No, absolutely not. This is one of the biggest misconceptions about hypnosis. You are always in complete control. You can never be made to do anything against your will, and you can choose to emerge from the state of hypnosis at any time.
-
The vast majority of people can be hypnotized. The only requirements are a willingness to participate and the ability to focus your attention. Since it's a natural state of mind, most people find it very easy and enjoyable.
-
This is very common and perfectly okay. The state of deep relaxation is very close to sleep. Even if you drift off, your unconscious mind is still listening and absorbing the positive suggestions from the session. You will still benefit.

To get the most out of each session, find a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the recording (usually around 30 minutes). Using headphones is recommended for a more immersive experience. As these sessions are hypnotic in nature, you should never listen to them while driving or operating machinery.

For best results, consistency is key. I generally recommend listening to a session once a day for at least a week to reinforce the positive suggestions. However, you can listen as often as you feel is right for you.
